Operational Stress Management Training

NATAL’s Operational Stress Management (OSM) resiliency trainings are tailored to meet the needs of first responders and are focused on providing practical tools for every day on the job stress management.

Trainings help to prevent personal and professional burnout, while providing coping and decision-making tools to use in professional stressful situations.

Program Content

Programs are delivered either directly by NATAL trainers or via a Train-the-Trainer Model.

• Introduction to Resilience

• Detecting and Coping with Stress

• Finding the Balance - Professional and Personal Tension

• Teamwork and Peer Support

• Overcoming cognitive biases, making better operational decisions

• Psycho-educational screening tools to identify individuals at-risk and emergency interventions

In the last 6 years, NATAL has trained over 22,000 First Responders, including 17,000 Israeli National Police.

NATAL’s Operational Stress Management Training (OSM) is the outcome of decades of service and work with special operations soldiers, police units, firefighters, emergency medical personnel and victim supports units.
